Christopher Clay
Christopher Clay is a native Houstonian. He graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas in 2001. He engages in various disciplines including: mergers and acquisitions, real estate law, creditor/debtor law, tax law, estate planning, probate law, oil and gas law, and corporate law. He also earned his Certified Public Accountant Certificate in 2004 and is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to practicing law, he earned his Master of Business Administration from of the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas in 1995. He has seven (7) years of experience in the mortgage industry, and also acted as corporate counsel for a nursing home management company. Additionally, he has served on the Board of Directors for the Texas Zeta Mu Alpha Tau Omega Alumni Association and volunteered for the Houston Susan G. Komen Race for Cure. Chris' determination, experience, responsiveness, and work ethic are recognized and respected by his peers and clients.
